For any autofill and extension related issues you can report directly from the extension or from the Simplify platform.
Open the extension menu by clicking on the pinned Simplify icon on your browser. See the demo page if you need help pinning the extension. Click the flag icon on the top right to open the reporting page.
You will then be redirected to our airtable form with any available information prefilled based on your current tab. Fill out the form and leave your email so we can contact you about the issue.
In the bottom of the Simplify side navigation bar click on the arrow next to your name to open the settings menu. Click on the “Report Issues” option.
The report popup will appear and you’ll be able to submit any extension related issues.
If you’re having trouble with these two methods you can directly go to the extension report page.
If you find that a job posting has incorrect details - such as wrong experience level or categories - you can report it directly from the job page on Simplify
On a job details page or popup click the red report button as shown below:
A pop will appear when you can select all the incorrect information and provide a short description of the issues.
On submit the report will notify our team and be investigated ASAP. We will reach back out when the issue has been resolved or with any follow up questions.
